Onelia has been active in the property management industry for 23 years. Before joining Provincial, she held Senior Operations positions throughout her career. Her key areas of responsibility are to plan and monitor the daily operations of our managed properties by supporting our managers and implementing clients. Mrs. Lippa has experience in managing and overseeing diverse portfolios from 200-700 units with multiple Shared Facilities. Her focus is on arhieving the Boards’ goals, maintaining a high property maintenance standard and ensuring that the corporations we manage maintain a strong financial position. Onelia has extensive knowledge in all areas on Building Operations, including Plumbing, Mechanical, electrical, Life & Safety systems and has guided Condominium Corporations through several major building upgrades and building renovations throughout her career. She carries a General License with the CMRAO, the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation and the I.H.M. (Institute of Housing Management) designation.
