Stephen Pointer

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in the fields of property management and real estate. He has held senior management positions as Director of Condominium Management and as a Regional Director. He holds the RCM designation from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and holds a general license with the Condominium Regulatory Authority of Ontario, He is also a licensed Ontario realtor with both residential and commercial transactional experience. Stephen is also a mediator and dispute resolution specialist. He was awarded the Q. Med (Qualified Mediator) designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada. He also holds the WFA designation from the Workplace Fairness Institute as a Workplace Fairness Analyst and is certified by the Canadian Mental Health Association as a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor (PHSA). Stephen enjoys giving back to the community as a volunteer peer support facilitator with the Lighthouse for Grieving Children in Oakville and as volunteer mediator with Community Conflict Resolution Services of Halton.
