Susan has been with Provincial since October of 2006. She has been involved in the condominium management industry since 2001 and received her RCM designation in 2010. She thrives on the work, the people, and the forever changing environment of property management. Susan strives to always do what she can to serve our clients and is confident that we have all the tools needed to ensure the communities under our care are running at peak efficiency financially, mechanically and operationally. She is the lead instructor for our in-house training. Susan is also proudly fully fluent in both French and English.
